Exercise Ball – Bridge

Lie on an exercise ball, the ball should be positioned to support your upper back and neck. Place your hands by your ears, draw your belly button into your spine, squeeze your buttocks and lift your hips up to form a bridge position as shown. Hold this position for the duration indicated by your clinician.

Relax your hips back down. Repeat the set as directed by your clinician.

Draw your belly button into your spine to activate your local core and support your lower back. Place your tongue on the roof of you mouth and relax your jaw to support your neck.
