  • 1. Who responds to my diagnosis form, how do I know they are appropriately qualified?
     

    Physio4Me works with a range of different accredited practitioners to ensure that we can provide specialist advice for a multitude of injuries and conditions. We will make sure that your form is sent to the most appropriate Physio4Me practitioner to suit you and your injury and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

    All Physio4Me practitioners are fully accredited and insured.

  • 2. What will be included in the response I receive to my Diagnose Me form?
     

    Physio4Me practitioners work hard to ensure that you get the best advice. Within your Diagnosis you should expect to receive the following:

    • A clinical diagnosis including a short and easy to understand explanation of what this actually means;
    • Bespoke advice on what you can do to aid your recovery, this will include:
      • What to do;
      • What not to do;
      • A bespoke rehabilitation programme designed especially for you. The rehabilitation programme will include images, videos, descriptions and top tips to ensure that you get back on the road in no time;
      • If our clinicians determine that it is necessary for you to see a practitioner in person for hands on treatment they will include contact details of a Physio4Me recommended clinic in your local area. Physio4Me works with a wide network of clinics, all have been vetted by us. Our clinicians can share our diagnosis with the referral clinic but will only do so with your permission. They can even book the appointment for you if you would like; and
      • If Physio4Me determines that your require further tests such as an MRI scan we will include this advice and recommend that you complete a Refer Me form in order to be efficiently referred for the relevant tests.

  • 3. How long should I expect to wait before I receive my Diagnosis and advice?
     

    Our team will ensure that you receive your Diagnosis and advice within 4 working days. This is not an automated service which is why you will not receive your Diagnosis and advice immediately. Your Diagnose Me form will be directed to a suitable Physio4Me practitioner who will then spend time working on your case and putting together your bespoke diagnosis and advice.

  • 4. What should I do if I have a follow up question or I don’t understand part of my advice or diagnosis?
     

    Please reply to the mail that you received with your Diagnosis and advice. This will be directed to the practitioner who completed your form who will be able to assist you further.

  • 5. Can I speak to someone over the phone or via skype?
     

    We do not currently offer telephone or skype consultations. However, if this is a service that you would like to see please do email us at info@physio4me.co.uk or complete our contact form to let us know. We are constantly trying to improve our service and would consider introducing this service if there is a demand.

    We cannot currently accept initial payment by healthcare insurance however we can provide you with a receipt to present to your insurer who may then be able to refund you. If you require a receipt please indicate this as a comment in your Diagnose Me form.

  • 10. Why does the diagnosis form request to know my age broken down into different age brackets?
     

    Certain conditions are more common in specific age groups and as such your age can be an invaluable indicator to our practitioners. We have broken down age into the relevant categories and ask you to indicate which one you fall within to allow our practitioners to provide you with the correct diagnosis and advice.

    Certain conditions are more common for males and others for females and as such your gender can be an invaluable indicator to our practitioners and can aid them to provide you with the correct diagnosis and advice.

  • 1. How long should I expect to wait before I receive my Referral confirmation?
     

    Our team will ensure that your referral is completed within 4 working days. This is not an automated service which is why you will not receive your referral immediately. Your Refer Me form will be directed to a suitable Physio4Me practitioner who will then spend time working on your case to ensure that you receive the correct referral to suit your needs.

    If you are in a hurry please select our Fast Track service. On average we will complete your fast track referral in under 48 hours

    Please note that referral times may be delayed by Sundays and bank holidays due to referral clinic closures.

  • 1. What devices are compatible?
     

    Physio4Me Rehabilitation Database is compatible with all devices. As long as you have internet access you will be able to view, create and send exercises and protocols from your phone, IPad, Mac or PC.

    Yes, exercises and protocols can be printed out and even sent as a text. Every rehabilitation protocol has an image or series of images and an associated description along with some top tips, you can print, email and text exercises and protocols for use offline.

    Yes, exercises and protocols can be emailed. Every exercise has an image or series of images and an associated description along with some top tips so you can print and email exercises and protocols for use offline.

    You can also print and even text protocols to patients.

    Please note that all content and images are the property of Physio4Me and it is illegal to continue to use our protocols, images or descriptions after cancelling your licence.

  • 4. Do my patients need to have accounts in order to view exercises and protocols I create for them?
     

    Every exercise has an image or series of images and an associated description along with some top tips so you can print and email exercises and protocols for use offline. You can also share rehabilitation videos via email with your patients. This will allow your patients to view the exercises and protocols you have set for them without the need to register for an account. However, if patients would like to create their own exercise protocols they will need to set up an account.

  • 5. What should I do if I can’t find an exercise that I would like to prescribe?
     

    We are constantly updating our system. If there is an exercise that you would like to see but which you cannot find in our database. Please let us know and we will quickly add this exercise to our database. You can contact us by completing a form on our home page to get in touch or by emailing info@physio4me.co.uk

    You can pay via BACS or online through our website via PayPal (please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay by this method).

  • 7. How do I get started and is there a time lag between registering and having access to the system?
     

    Getting started is very simple, all you need to do is complete a registration form which you can find on our website here along with a description of the different types of accounts available. As soon as we receive your fully completed request form we will send you a Welcome Email which will contain your log in details and other helpful hints. You will then be able to log in instantly, there is no time lag.

  • 8. Can more than one user login and access a Rehab Database Account at the same time?
     

    We provide different levels of subscription. It is possible to sign up for:

    1. A Single Account which will give only one user access;
    2. A Clinic Account which will allow for 5 users to have access; or
    3. A Trial version of both a Single Account and a Clinic Account (these are free for the first month and then automatically upgrade to paid accounts).

    If you require more than 5 users to have access please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

    Our subscriptions are paid monthly. We do not ask for a minimum commitment and you can cancel your account at any time by simply cancelling your PayPal payment.

    With your licence you can do a lot! However, one of our main goals is to allow you to do all of this whilst keeping the technology as user friendly and as simple as possible. We are pretty pleased with the result and hope you will be too!

    Our easy to understand Rehab Database User Guide walks you through the site allowing you to get the best out of your subscription. You can access the Rehab Database User Guide here and a copy will be provided to you in your Welcome Email once you sign up.

  • 15. What does my Rehab Database Account allow me to do?
     

    Quite simply with your licence you can do a lot! You can: personalise your Dashboard with your clinic logo and personal image; set up patients; securely make and store patient notes (all notes are date stamped when made, can be edited and deleted and cannot be accessed by anyone without your permission and login details); create, assign, print, email or text rehabilitation protocols to patients and if you have signed up for a Clinic Account licence you can add up to 4 additional Linked Clinicians all of whom can access all of the patients that are linked to the main Clinic Account.

    One of our main goals is to allow you to do all of this whilst keeping the technology as user friendly and simple as possible. We are pretty pleased with the result and hope you will be too!
